CSA governance

Print this Page
Governance encompasses the system by which an organisation is controlled and operates, and the mechanisms by which it, and its people, are held to account.

Ethics, risk management, compliance and administration are all elements of governance.

As the independent leader in governance and risk management committed to the promotion and advancement of effective governance and administration of organisations in the private and public sectors, CSA has developed its structure and reporting mechanisms to promote these ideals and principles.

The elements of our governance can be viewed by following the navigation contents on the left.

Guidelines for participation in social media

CSA welcomes and encourages your involvement with the dynamic developments in the continually evolving and exciting world of governance and risk management.

To ensure everyone enjoys our time together we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines.

  • Do share your thoughts and ideas with us but remember the world is watching so make sure they are appropriate and not of a personal nature that may offend anyone.
  • We trust your judgment. If there is an issue you feel would be better addressed at a personal level please contact CSA on 1800 251 849.
  • If your product or service is of use to our audience they will be sure to find it. Don't risk your good reputation by using our dialogue as an opportunity for self-promotion.

If we consider you are breaking the guidelines you will be removed without notice.

We commit to respond to you within the same or next business day. If you require an urgent response to a particular item we suggest that you contact CSA on 1800 251 849.

Thank you for your thoughtful participation.
