As a student of the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance you will have maximum flexibility to arrange your study around your career and lifestyle commitments, by selecting from our tutorial or distance study modes.
Tutorial mode
Tutorial classes focus on the practical application of the subject content. They are held at convenient CBD locations:
-
one evening a week over a 12-week semester in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth
-
for some subjects, on several Saturdays spread over the semester.
Please refer to the tutorial timetable for details.
Not all subjects are available in tutorial mode in all state capitals in every semester.
CSA reserves the right to cancel or vary the provision of classes.
Distance mode
All subjects are available by distance mode. Enhanced study notes and the online classroom provide necessary learning support in lieu of face-to-face teaching. While you are encouraged to start at normal semester times, this mode allows you the flexibility to start your studies at other times, but you should note the assessment dates still apply.
Please refer to the distance timetable for details.
Subject completion
If you should fail to complete the assessment components for subjects studied in the initial semester, you are able to complete them in the next consecutive semester for a fee of $300, with updated materials supplied online. Tutorial students will be provided with online support in the following semester but will not be permitted to attend tutorial classes unless the full enrolment fee is paid for the subject. Please refer to the subject completion policy.
Graduate Diploma completion
It should be noted that students have a maximum of five years to complete all the required subjects for the award of the Graduate Diploma. Please refer to the Graduate Diploma five-year completion policy.
Contact a course adviser to discuss your situation.
