Useful Practitioner Documents

Print this Page
Welcome to CSA’s Useful Practitioner Documents service.  The purpose of this service is to provide you with examples of documents commonly used by other Company Secretaries, governance professionals and administrators which may be of assistance to you in undertaking your responsibilities.

Naturally, not every possible document is included here. We are endeavouring to increase the number of available documents over time.

This service is for Members of CSA only. First-time users will need to register here.

The documents in this service are donated by other members. We encourage you to Donate A Document so that this continues to be a valuable service to other Members. Click here for the list of those organisations that have donated documents to this service.

a) remain on the web site following the annual review

This will be done in conjunction with the author/provider(s) of the documents if they have chosen the option of being consulted.
